| Christie Chaplin-Saunders, a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and of Sheridan College of Craft and Design, works with her assistants in the beautiful seaside village of Chester, Nova Scotia. Her functional stoneware sculptures celebrate the intrigue and beauty of natural forms. In the presence of her sculptures one is apt to recall visits to the seaside or forest; places that offer simple, sensual pleasures and foster meditation. |
