WEB SITE DEPICTION
Since each item is individually handmade there will be slight variations from piece to piece. Please note that the actual piece that you receive may be slightly different but will have the same sense and feeling of the depiction.
All monitors are not created equal so we cannot guarantee that your display will be exact. We make every attempt to give you as accurate a depiction as possible with regard to color and details.
AVAILABILITY
All of our merchandise is handmade one-of-a-kind or limited production. Every attempt is made to give you the most precise information for availability and delivery time. We update our site daily so unless noted only the items we have in stock are viewable on our site. Occasionally, an order will be placed for an out of stock item before the site has been updated. If we are out of stock on any items on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with availability dates or to offer alternatives. If an item is in inventory it will ship out within 2 business days. In all cases you will receive confirmation of shipment via email. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
A Return Authorization number (RA#) is required for all returns
or exchanges and may be obtained by calling the Red Elephant
Gallery at 1.401.965.0724 or
emailing info@redelephantgallery.com.
Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
Returns for refund may be made by requesting a Return Authorization
(RA#) number within 10 days of receipt of shipment and initiating
shipment via insured carrier back within the next 3 days.
Only items that are
in the original packaging and have not been used or worn
may be returned.
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. Store credit will be given for sale items and those items returned by a third party.
Special Order items are not returnable.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible
for all return shipment costs.
We will gladly exchange any item within 30 days of the shipping
date provided it is in its original packaging, has not been
used or worn
and is accompanied by the original receipt. Please contact
us for a return authorization number and ship item via insured
carrier
within
3 days of receipt of the RA number. When your shipment is
received the new item will be shipped to you. Shipping costs
are the
customers responsibility.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
If you would like to change your order please call us at 1.401.965.0724.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
provided it has not shipped.
CHECK POLICY
We gladly accept checks as a form of payment. We reserve the right
to hold
the order until the check clears. For faster service, use a money
order or
certified check. There will be a $35.00 service fee for all returned
checks.

Orders shipped out of the United States and Canada are subject to additional charges. There is no express shipping outside the continental U.S. Please contact us via

the arrival of the shipment, the recipient will have to
